Our local SEO packages, and how to pick the right one
Three flat monthly tiers: Local at $750, Growth at $1,500, and Dominate from $3,000. Full inclusion lists for each, who each tier actually fits, and how upgrades work. AI search optimization is built into all three.
Naples SEO sells three flat-rate local SEO packages: Local at $750 per month, Growth at $1,500 per month, and Dominate from $3,000 per month. Every plan is month to month with no setup fees, starts with a free audit and a 90-day roadmap, and includes AI search optimization. This page covers what's in each tier and how to pick.
Three tiers, one set of rules
Most agencies make you sit through a discovery call before anyone says a dollar figure. We'd rather you compare us at 9pm from the cab of your truck, so the numbers live on the page. If you want the side-by-side comparison and how our rates sit against the wider market, that's on the pricing overview. This page goes deeper on one question: which of the three packages actually fits your business.
Every tier follows the same rules. The fee is flat and monthly. There are no setup fees, no long-term contracts, and no surprise add-ons. Every plan starts with a free audit and a 90-day roadmap. And AI search optimization, the work that helps engines like ChatGPT and Google's AI results find, understand, and name your business, is built into all three tiers. It is never sold as an upsell here.
What changes as you move up the ladder is volume: more keywords, more content, more links, more strategy time. Here's each tier in full, then a blunt guide to choosing.
Local: $750 a month
Local is the foundation tier. It exists for a single-location business that needs to get its house in order: a clean, complete Google Business Profile, consistent listings, and core pages that Google and AI engines can actually read and quote.
Everything included in Local:
- Google Business Profile optimization
- 10 target keywords
- Local citations across 25 directories
- On-page SEO for 5 core pages
- Review monitoring
- Monthly ranking and traffic report
AI search optimization applies at this tier too. Here it means the profile and the five core pages we're already working on get structured so AI engines can parse and cite them, rather than a separate site-wide project.
Who it fits: a mobile detailer in Golden Gate, a solo consignment shop, a new pool cleaning route, any business where the goal is "show up correctly and consistently for my core service in my town." Ten keywords is enough for a handful of services in one market. It is not enough for a roofer chasing every roof type across Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero. If that's you, keep reading.
Growth: $1,500 a month
Growth is the tier that fits most established Southwest Florida service businesses, because it adds the two things that actually move contested rankings: content and links. It also adds call tracking, so the monthly report can talk about phone calls instead of just positions.
Everything included in Growth:
- Everything in Local
- 30 target keywords
- 4 SEO articles per month
- AI search optimization scaled across the whole site
- 4 quality backlinks per month
- Call tracking with a live lead dashboard
- One conversion-optimized landing page
Who it fits: roofers, plumbers, HVAC companies, dentists, and med spas in genuinely competitive markets, or any business with several services spread across two or three towns. Thirty keywords covers a real service lineup plus the city variations that matter, and four articles a month steadily builds the answer-shaped pages AI engines tend to cite. If your competitors are publishing and earning links every month and you aren't, Growth is the honest minimum.
Dominate: from $3,000 a month
Dominate is for owning a market rather than competing in it, and for businesses juggling more than one location or wanting paid ads managed under the same roof as the SEO.
Everything included in Dominate:
- Everything in Growth
- Unlimited keywords and multi-location coverage
- 8 or more SEO articles per month
- Digital PR and premium link building
- Dedicated strategist, monthly strategy calls, and custom dashboards
- Paid ads management on Google and Meta
- Quarterly conversion-rate optimization
Why "from"? Because scope genuinely varies at this level. A two-crew marine contractor covering Naples and Marco Island needs less than a dental group with offices in three counties. We quote the exact number after the free audit, and once it's set, it follows the same rule as every other tier: one flat monthly figure, no add-ons appearing on invoice three.
Who it fits: multi-location practices, contractors expanding toward Fort Myers or Cape Coral, and owners who want SEO, AI visibility, and ad spend steered by one strategist instead of three vendors pointing at each other.
What's identical in every plan
Before you weigh tiers, know what doesn't change:
- A free audit and a 90-day roadmap start every plan. You see the plan before you pay for it, and the audit report lands within one business day.
- Flat monthly fee. No setup fees, no surprise add-ons, no content surcharge appearing in month four.
- Month to month. We ask you to judge the work over the first 90 days, because that's roughly how long local SEO takes to show real movement. After that ramp you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade any month; the full mechanics are at our month-to-month terms.
- AI search optimization at every tier. The engines answering "best dentist in Naples" are part of local search now, so we treat that work as core rather than premium. What it involves is on our AI search optimization page.
- No ranking guarantees, ever. We commit to the work and to transparent reporting, and we publish case studies from day one, baseline first. What we promise, and what we refuse to promise, is spelled out in our contracts and guarantees policy.
All three packages are ongoing retainers. If what you actually need is a one-time project, an audit or a site build, that's a different engagement shape, covered at retainer vs project.
How to pick your tier
Three questions settle it for most owners:
- How contested is your market? Search your main service plus your town and look at who holds the map pack. If it's a rotating cast of small operators, Local can make headway. If the same three companies with heavy review counts and deep websites hold it every time, you'll need the content and link volume that starts at Growth.
- How many services and towns are you chasing? One core service in one market fits inside Local's 10 keywords. A full service lineup across Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero wants Growth's 30. Multiple locations, or ambitions across both Collier and Lee counties, is Dominate territory.
- What can you sustain for six months without flinching? SEO compounds, so a tier you can hold beats a tier you abandon in month three. Pick the level you can carry past the ramp, then upgrade from strength.
Rules of thumb, bluntly:
- Pick Local if you're a single-location business in a modest market, on a careful budget, or your website has never had basic SEO done at all.
- Pick Growth if you're in a contested trade, want leads measured in tracked calls rather than ranking screenshots, or your competitors visibly publish content and you don't.
- Pick Dominate if you're multi-location, actively expanding, or want ads and SEO run as one plan with a dedicated strategist.
If you're still torn between two tiers after the audit, we'll tell you which one we'd pick and why. When it's genuinely a coin flip, we'll say start with the cheaper one. You can move up any month, and nobody should overbuy SEO to be polite.
Upgrade and downgrade paths
Packages aren't cages. You can move between tiers any month, in either direction, with no fee and no new contract.
The most common path we recommend: start at Local, let the ramp prove the fundamentals are fixed, then step up to Growth once the audit data shows content and links are the constraint. Seasonal businesses can use the ladder too. A charter captain or landscaper might run Growth through season and drop to Local in the slow months without losing the foundation already built.
Downgrades work exactly like upgrades: tell us, and the next month bills at the new tier. The pages already optimized, the citations already placed, and the content already published keep working for you.
If you want to see what the work actually looks like month by month at each tier, and how to read the report we send, that narrative lives at what you get each month.
How to start
Every plan begins the same way regardless of tier: a free audit of your website, your Google Business Profile, and your AI visibility, delivered as a written report within one business day with a 90-day roadmap attached. It costs nothing and doesn't obligate you to hire us. Worst case, you walk away knowing exactly what a fair proposal for your situation should contain.
One disclosure, since this page lives on an SEO agency's site: we're a young agency with a founder who has built and ranked 100+ local business sites, and we publish client case studies from day one, baseline first, flat months included. Both of our current clients are on our results page, from their signing week forward, so you can check that standard before you believe a word of this one.
Ready when you are: request the free audit, and you'll know your tier by this time tomorrow.
