What you actually get each month, plan by plan
Every plan we sell has a published deliverables list, and this page walks through it month by month at $750, $1,500, and $3,000. You'll also see exactly how to read the report we send, baseline first.
Every Naples SEO plan is a flat monthly fee with a published deliverables list. Local at $750 a month covers your Google Business Profile, citations, and core-page SEO. Growth at $1,500 adds content, links, and call tracking. Dominate from $3,000 adds PR, ads management, and a dedicated strategist. This page walks through what actually happens each month and how to read the report we send.
Why this page exists
Most SEO retainers are a black box. You pay every month, a PDF full of charts arrives, and if someone asked you to name three specific things your agency did in March, you couldn't. We think that black box is most of the reason this industry has a trust problem. Full disclosure: this page lives on an SEO agency's site, so we have an obvious stake in convincing you we're different. That's exactly why we'd rather show you the deliverables than ask you to take our word for anything.
Our prices are public on the pricing page: Local at $750 a month, Growth at $1,500, and Dominate from $3,000. Flat fee, no setup charges, no surprise add-ons. Which tier fits your business is its own question with its own page, so if you're still deciding, start with the package comparison. This page answers the question that comes right after: fine, but what do you actually do all month?
How every plan starts
Every engagement opens the same way at every tier. We run a free audit of your website, your Google Business Profile, and your visibility in both Google and the AI engines, and the report lands in your inbox within one business day. If you sign on, that audit becomes a 90-day roadmap: a written plan for what gets fixed first, what gets built next, and what we expect the first three months to look like.
We tell every client to plan on a 90-day ramp before results show up in a meaningful way, because that's how long foundational work takes to register. After the ramp you're month to month and can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade any month. The full mechanics live on our month-to-month page.
One more thing worth knowing up front: month one is always heavier than the months that follow, because that's when audit findings turn into fixes. If the reports from a past agency looked identical in month one and month nine, that was a tell. Ours won't.
A Local month at $750
Local is the foundation tier, and a month of it runs on your Google Business Profile and your core pages. The first months front-load. We rebuild the profile, then start the citation push, filing your name, address, and phone into one directory after another and checking each listing lands consistent. In parallel we work through the on-page fixes a page at a time: titles, headings, internal links, and the copy itself, so each core page reads clean to a searcher and to Google. For a Golden Gate plumber that's the homepage plus water heaters, repipes, drain clearing, and emergency service.
Once the foundation is in, a Local month settles into a steadier loop. We post to the profile and swap in fresh photos, watch new reviews as they land and flag anything that needs a reply, pull your tracked keyword positions to see what moved and what slipped, and pick the pages sitting close to the top to adjust next. At month's end the ranking and traffic report goes out in plain English. For the full line-by-line list of what each tier includes, see the package comparison.
A Growth month at $1,500
Growth runs everything a Local month does, then adds a content and link engine on top. In a Growth month the four articles move from keyword research to outline to draft to a published page on your site, each one aimed at a question your customers actually type into Google or ask an AI assistant. The four links get earned one at a time and logged as they land, real placements rather than directory filler. The AI search work widens from your core pages to the whole site, so each new article is built to be quoted back by an engine with your name on it.
The piece that changes every later conversation is measurement. Call tracking and the live lead dashboard go in early, and from the first weeks the dashboard updates with the month's calls and form fills, each one traceable to the page that produced it. So the report stops reading "traffic is up" and starts reading "you got this many calls, and here's what they were about." For a Naples med spa, a month of articles might be one treatment page, two questions patients ask before booking, and one comparison piece. Over a year that's dozens of pages you own, each another door in from Google and the AI engines.
A Dominate month from $3,000
Dominate runs everything a Growth month does with the ceilings taken off. Eight or more articles ship, enough to cover a topic in full instead of chipping at a corner of it, and the link work steps up into digital PR: real outreach for placements that are hard to get and hard for a competitor to copy. Your paid ads on Google and Meta get managed in the same room as the organic work, so the two pull together instead of an outside ad vendor guessing at keywords your SEO team already knows.
The rhythm has a person at the center. A dedicated strategist runs your account, and once a month you're on a call where they walk you through what happened, what moved, and what's next, off a dashboard built around the numbers you run the business on. Once a quarter that work adds a conversion pass, a scheduled look at turning more of the traffic you already have into booked jobs. The "from" in the price is honest: a dental group across Naples and Fort Myers needs more hands than a single-location marine contractor covering Collier and Lee counties, and the fee tracks that scope.
AI search work is in every plan, not an upsell
Some of your next customers will ask ChatGPT or Perplexity who to call instead of scrolling Google. As of mid-2026, ChatGPT's search leans on Bing's index, Perplexity retrieves live pages and shows numbered citations, and Google's AI Overviews draw from the normal Google index. All of them favor businesses that read as unambiguous entities with quotable, answer-shaped pages.
That's why AI search optimization is baked into every plan rather than sold as an add-on. On Local, it shapes how we structure your 5 core pages and your Business Profile so an engine can parse who you are, what you do, and where. On Growth and Dominate, it scales across the whole site: every article is written to be citable, schema and entity work run site-wide, and content is structured so an AI engine can lift a clean answer with your name attached. We practice what we sell, too. Our own site welcomes AI crawlers in robots.txt and publishes llms.txt files for them.
How to read the report we send
Deliverables are half the story. The other half is whether the report you get each month tells you the truth. Here's what ours contains and why:
- Your baseline, always. Every number is shown against where you started, recorded in the free audit before we touched anything. A ranking chart with no baseline is decoration.
- Keyword movement for your tracked terms, including the ones that fell.
- Traffic in context, not as a trophy. Traffic that doesn't produce calls gets flagged as a problem to solve, not celebrated.
- Calls and form fills on Growth and Dominate, straight from the lead dashboard. Leads are the number the whole engagement answers to.
- What we did and what's next, in a short plain-English note that maps line by line to the deliverables above.
If you've been burned by reports that were all impressions and no phone calls, you're not imagining it. We wrote up the patterns to watch for in our guide to reporting red flags. Our own measurement methodology lives on the results page, where client case studies are published from day one, baseline first, flat months and all.
What a flat month looks like
Some months, nothing moves. Southwest Florida makes this more visible than most markets: demand for a pool builder or an HVAC company swings hard between season and summer, and a rankings chart can hold steady while call volume rides the snowbird calendar. When that happens, the report says so, plainly, along with what we're adjusting in response.
What we will never do is dress a flat month up as a win, and what we will never promise is a ranking or a date. Nobody controls Google or the AI engines, and anyone who guarantees a position is telling you what you want to hear. We commit to the deliverables on this page, to reporting against your baseline, and to publishing case studies in public where you can check them. The full version of what we promise and what we refuse to promise is on our contracts and guarantees page.
See the work before you pay for it
The easiest way to test everything on this page is to start where every plan starts: the audit. It's free, it covers your site, your Business Profile, and your AI visibility, it draws on patterns from the 100+ local business sites we've built and ranked, and the report arrives within one business day whether or not you ever hire us. Request it at the free SEO audit page, and when it lands, hold it up against this deliverables list. If what we found doesn't map cleanly onto what we'd do about it, don't sign. That test works on us, and it works on anyone else you're considering, too.
